ITW Dahti Seating es una empresa fabricante en última instancia para Herman Miller y algunos otros contratistas. Una empresa que se jacta y se jacta de acuerdos multimillonarios y de la cantidad de dinero que ingresa a la empresa, uno pensaría que el dinero se distribuiría por igual entre los trabajadores de montaje y de oficina. Incorrecto. La dirección de la oficina se niega a ceder una pequeña cantidad de salario para que los empleados que realmente producen y hacen que las cosas sucedan puedan tener un pago por hora más respetable. Esta empresa utiliza y abusa de empleados y clientes en el extranjero.

No son tan malos como la gente dice que son. Esperan que trabajes todos los días de la semana, pero te pagan bien, el trabajo es fácil y serían aproximadamente 17,1 horas extra, ya que te piden que estés 10 minutos antes de que comience tu turno. Aún podría obtener más si quisiera, además de que a la empresa no le importa pagar horas extra.
Para ser completamente honesto, ser mucho en el trabajo no es realmente para mí por varias razones, pero para muchas personas el pago de horas extras supera la carga de trabajo.
También te permiten usar prácticamente lo que quieras dentro de lo razonable y te permiten escuchar música en un oído mientras trabajas (obtuve 3 audiolibros aunque solo trabajé una semana)
Es mucho más fácil que incluso la comida rápida o al por menor y paga más y están ansiosos por contratar a agencias temporales con bastante rapidez.

Las revisiones me pusieron nervioso cuando comencé, pero como de costumbre, las críticas negativas se toman con un grano de sal, ya que generalmente tienen más que ver con el sesgo de una situación en la que podrían tener la culpa que con la compañía misma. No es el lugar perfecto de ninguna manera, pero no es tan malo como lo hacen parecer.
