¡Allen me arregló! Mientras entrenaba para correr un maratón, me esforcé y lesioné gravemente algunos músculos de la cadera a unas 6 semanas del día de la carrera. Supuse que probaría con un masajista como último recurso antes de rascar mi carrera. Allen descubrió que mi músculo psoas era el problema y, a través de citas semanales, logró que se liberara y sanara. Me presenté el día de la carrera, ¡sin dolor! Como nota al margen, estuve luchando contra algunos problemas de la banda de TI durante meses y Allen recomendó algunas posiciones mejoradas para dormir para que mi banda de TI se recuperara mejor después de mis largas carreras abusivas. Para mi sorpresa, solucionó el problema de la banda de TI al 100% y no he tenido otro brote desde que seguí su consejo. Allan es el MEJOR terapeuta de masajes en Greenwood. Voy cada 2 semanas. Está trabajando en mis brazos y manos y en la ciática del lado izquierdo. Mi ciática ha sido mínima desde que Allan ha trabajado conmigo. También ayudando a mis manos también.
