Me ha quedado muy decepcionado con el nivel de calidad de este Abogado del que recibí representación legal durante casi un año. No existe asesoramiento legal. La comunicación es inconsistente. Se cometen errores con el papeleo y la preparación para la corte. Posiblemente debido a la asistencia jurídica gratuita, la calidad fue mala / mínima. Pero esto no fue comunicado. Asignado por una organización benéfica de abuso doméstico, me entristece su falta de comprensión con respecto al abuso doméstico. Tal vez sea un problema de financiación y están buscando terminar un caso rápidamente. Cualquiera que sea el caso, esté preparado para pensar y actuar por sí mismo, sin mencionar tener que buscar errores en ellos que deberá corregir antes de que causen problemas en su caso.

Solicité pantallas en mi audiencia y no las ordenaron; le dijeron a mi abogado que llegara una hora más tarde que yo, así que tuve que sentarme en una sala de espera sola con mi ex abusivo durante una hora; archivaron el papeleo con la LAA tarde (varias veces incluso después de decirme que lo habían hecho ese día y luego, de hecho, fue varios días después), incorrectamente, no me dijeron durante varios días y, a veces, no me dijeron nada, que la LAA solicitó información (tuve que ponerme en contacto con LAA yo mismo para averiguarlo, y una vez fueron casi 14 días después de su solicitud; que es la fecha límite para recibir la información solicitada), y le mentí a la LAA acerca de representarme en un momento. Como resultado, me tomó más de 3 meses recibir asistencia legal y terminé teniendo que ir solo a una audiencia sin representación alguna. Fueron agresivamente ofensivos cuando traté de hablar con ellos sobre mis problemas, y ni una sola vez me disculpé por su conducta y por lo que me hicieron pasar.
