Hemos tenido una ayuda increíble del soporte técnico de Ioline para configurar nuestro plotter Ioline. Estos muchachos se preocupan por la atención al cliente. Recomiendo encarecidamente los productos y la empresa.

Soy dueño de un par de estas máquinas.
Ioline crystal studio: funciona MUY MAL y el programa está muy mal diseñado; el botón de deshacer ni siquiera funciona en todas las acciones.
Plotter Ioline: esta impresora tritura el papel. Tuve problemas con este plotter desde el primer día que lo compré. Un servicio de atención al cliente muy grosero me dijo que estaba imaginando todos estos problemas solo para luego descubrir que de hecho hay algunos defectos de diseño y descubrí un par de problemas:
1. el peso de la varilla de aluminio es demasiado ligero. Me dijeron que lo llenara con arena o cemento ... hasta qué peso no estoy seguro.
2. El soporte de papel se colocó sobre metal y no hubo suficiente resistencia. Una vez que lo reemplacé, la resistencia era demasiado alta y la barra trasera no se deslizaba hacia abajo y se atascaba en la parte superior.
La máquina vino con un lubricante para que el papel se enrolle mejor. Me dijeron que eso también era un defecto y que debería detenerlo.
En general, encuentro que esta compañía no lanza un producto que está listo para el mercado y no se soluciona correctamente.
