Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas, lo haría, mala comunicación, los corredores carecían de personalidad, información incorrecta que a menudo nos dieron tanto a nosotros como al banco ... fue solo una pesadilla de una experiencia que me alegra que haya terminado.

No podría darte 0 estrellas. Perdí mis 7 meses por personal icónico. No tienen experiencia, responsabilidad y calidad de su propio trabajo. Personal muy descuidado

Horrible corredor de préstamos hipotecarios, mala respuesta, falta de dirección clara a los clientes sobre las contribuciones esperadas. No recomiendo.

¡ADVERTENCIA! No utilice préstamos hipotecarios icónicos. Eran tan incompetentes que tuve que perseguirlos para explicarles por qué mi primera subvención para propietarios de viviendas nunca se había aprobado y por qué mi banco no había recibido ningún documento sobre mi pago final, tuve que enviar estos formularios al banco yo mismo. A pesar de completar todo el papeleo para mi FHOG y ser aprobado, casi no lo recibí debido al DIH y ahora mi entrega se retrasará porque no enviaron mis documentos de pago finales al banco. También cuando les dije que quería el pago final como un cheque bancario, dijeron que era imposible y que los bancos no hacen eso, cuando le pregunté a mi banco dijeron que lo hacen todo el tiempo y que no hay problema y que la única razón pueden pensar por qué el DIH diría que es para que tengan que hacer menos papeleo. Además, antes en nuestro edificio, nuestra persona principal con DIH dejó la empresa, nadie nos informó y tuve que investigar por qué no pasaba nada. Usélos bajo su propio riesgo.
