Alquilé por 3 años con estos chicos. Viví en su piso durante 2 años sin una ducha operativa, ¡los agentes de arrendamiento me dieron excusas como si fuera el clima! Debería ser ilegal hacer que los inquilinos notifiquen con 2 meses de anticipación, esto se hace simplemente para estafarlo de su depósito. ¡No se lo recomendaría a un amigo!

Inicialmente me comuniqué con la empresa el 25 de agosto y me enviaron un enlace de video a un piso. El sitio web de Zoopla indicó que el piso estaba en oferta, pero decidí ir con él de todos modos. Se me pidió que presentara una solicitud completa. Esto incluyó una verificación de crédito antes de que hubiera visto la propiedad, pero sin referencias. Esperaba nuevos procesos debido a Covid, pero este todavía me pareció extraño. El proceso completo tomó tres (!) Semanas en las que estaba seguro de que era el único solicitante. En la visita, finalmente me dijeron que alguien más estaba solicitando, y esta persona también se quedó con la propiedad. Durante el proceso de solicitud, la empresa se negó a recibir llamadas y no fue transparente. Aparentemente, la decisión fue del propietario, pero todavía estoy esperando su justificación. El epítome de una pérdida de tiempo.
