Si pudiera darle a Jeff y su equipo 100 estrellas, lo haría. Tenemos una pequeña cabaña familiar de 70 años, construida en 3 etapas, que estaba al borde del colapso. Se llamó a contratistas, el consenso general fue que no era necesario destriparlo, sino derribarlo y reemplazarlo. Básicamente irreparable y una pérdida de dinero. Jeff vino a comprar varias veces para explorar diferentes opciones, el problema era que la mayoría de los miembros de la familia querían que se guardara por razones sentimentales (se remonta a 6 generaciones), Y teníamos un presupuesto extremadamente limitado. Jeff ideó un plan y decidió intentarlo. No solo llegó a tiempo, listo para la mudanza, sino que se enfrentó a múltiples desafíos dentro del presupuesto. La comunicación fue excelente en todo momento, lo que no es fácil ya que el fideicomisario está en Carolina del Norte, yo estoy en Georgia y muchos miembros de la familia en Illinois, Ohio, etc. Desde devolver llamadas telefónicas iniciales hasta llamadas telefónicas semanales y, a veces, diarias, abordó todos los problemas. Calidad ... de nuevo, increíble !! Tuvieron que reemplazar todo ... techo, vigas, revestimiento, paredes, cimientos de gatos, ventanas, puertas, plomería, electricidad, techos, mover paredes interiores, solucionar problemas de moho y podredumbre. Y trate de mantener la sensación original de construcción. Nada estaba al ras, nivelado, a escuadra ni a plomo. Lo hicieron TODO con creces. Puede golpear el techo y saltar al suelo. Se instalaron fabulosos pisos nuevos, alacenas, armarios, estantes, molduras, chimenea eléctrica con un hermoso borde de piedra, y así sucesivamente. Mantuvieron la mayor cantidad de características originales y se reutilizaron por motivos de sentimiento. Debería haber filmado todo, podría haber sido Maine Cabin Builders en Wisconsin. Profesional, amigable y con un alto nivel de integridad. Si no lo ha adivinado, lo recomiendo encarecidamente. ¡Ojalá construyeran torres de Internet aquí para poder publicar fotos!
