Por ejemplo, había una lavadora y secadora en el edificio, pero cuando visité el apartamento, no estaban conectadas ni disponibles para su uso. Después de que ya había aceptado tomar el apartamento, recibí una llamada que había tergiversado la situación de la lavandería y le pregunté si eso era un factor decisivo con la intención de dejarme salir del trato, si era necesario. Ese tipo de servicio extraordinario realmente me impresionó.

Finalmente, en lugar de dejarnos solos cuando llegó el momento de firmar el contrato de arrendamiento, repasaron cada parte del mismo, dieron ejemplos y preguntaron si teníamos preguntas. Fue muy agradable saber que querían que todos estuvieran en la misma página antes de que alguien firmara el documento.

Realmente aprecié el nivel de servicio y la atención al detalle, y me encanta mi nuevo apartamento. Espero volver a utilizarlos en el futuro.
