Un poco decepcionado con HLS. Fui a alquilar un scooter para moverme mejor con mi #RSD / #CRPS. Necesitaba el scooter durante una semana para un viaje que vamos a hacer. El costo de una semana era de $ 100, si lo trajera un día tarde, lo cual iba a hacer, se fue a otra semana de alquiler a $ 100. El alquiler del mes completo fue de $ 225; así que me vi obligado a gastar $ 125 adicionales por un día "extra" de uso debido a que no prorrateé el alquiler. Creo que esto debería revisarse para brindar un mejor servicio a un cliente que necesita un artículo médico para las ADL (Actividades de Dailiy Living). HLS fue muy amable y servicial. El otro problema que tuve fue que nunca me devolvieron el depósito de un par de muletas que les alquilé.

¡Experiencia horrible tratando de conseguir un extractor de leche! El personal dice que intentaron llamar para darme información ... nunca recibieron una llamada perdida o un mensaje de voz de dicho número. Esperé dos semanas por mi muy necesario extractor de leche solo para llamar y descubrir que ni siquiera enviaron mi pedido. Cuando confía en que el personal se encargará de algo por usted y no está hecho, es exasperante. Me tomó dos minutos enviar mi pedido en línea ... Hubiera sido bueno saber que era una opción desde el principio. Ahora esperan otros 7-10 días. Y mi bebé tiene casi un mes. La extracción manual exclusivamente durante un mes es una pesadilla, gracias por nada, HLS.

He necesitado cosas de ellos repetidamente durante un período de 2 años por problemas en los pies. ¡Todos han sido de gran ayuda y apoyo!
