Si no tiene mucha paciencia y no tiene nada más que hacer con su tiempo, NO trate de obtener ayuda de esta organización. La dificultad para hacer / confirmar citas es ridícula. Seguramente pueden encontrar una mejor manera de servir a las personas que ya están luchando.

Nuestra empresa cambió a otra empresa de gestión. Ésta no fue mi decisión. HealthSmart se negó a procesar más reclamaciones y comenzó a rechazar todas las reclamaciones indicando que la nueva empresa de gestión tendría que procesarlas. Ya se le había pagado a HealthSmart para procesar estas reclamaciones durante el período de tiempo en cuestión. No entregaron TODA la información a la nueva compañía de administración y se niegan a proporcionármela.
