HCA debe carecer de capacitación con su personal médico disponible y no debe proporcionarles suficiente información operativa. Visité la sala de emergencias de uno de los hospitales de la HCA el 2/2 por una laceración en la mano. El Dr. que atendió la herida y la cosió me dijo que le gustaría que regresara en 10 días para que me quitaran los puntos. El Dr. declaró que este servicio se realizó sin cargo para garantizar que la herida se curara correctamente. Bajo y he aquí que regreso el 2/10 y he recibido dos facturas (una para la instalación y otra para el NP) para que me quiten los puntos. Llamado en múltiples ocasiones para hablar con el director de la instalación y el departamento de contabilidad para que se haya aprobado sin ningún progreso. Para que puedan seguir haciendo su intento de cobro, las facturas no se pagarán debido a información / instrucciones falsas proporcionadas por el Dr.
