Le daría un cero a esta empresa si no pudiera ni una estrella. Hicimos un respiro para un niño con necesidades especiales que tienen a su cuidado. Él es completo cuidado. Bomba de alimentación por sonda G, cambio de pañales, ciego, completamente discapacitado. Hicimos un respiro para un niño con necesidades especiales que tienen a su cuidado. Tuvimos al niño por una semana, vino muy sucio y necesitaba un baño inmediato, sus uñas estaban muy largas con suciedad debajo, vino sin equipo sin algunos de los medicamentos, vino en el último minuto a pesar de que se podrían haber hecho planes meses antes. Necesitaba ropa nueva ya que venía con calcetines de tamaño adulto que ni siquiera coincidían con su ropa necesitaba ser reemplazada, compramos ropa nueva para él nos ocupamos de todas sus necesidades, hablamos con un terapeuta sobre equipos especiales para él e hicimos todo lo posible para comunicarnos nuestra decepción por su estado y tratamiento. Ahora hemos pasado más de dos meses después del relevo y acabamos de recibir un cheque por correo por $ 60 para toda la semana y un estado de cuenta que dice que no pagarán más de dos días. Si se le pide que haga un respiro para esta empresa, tenga cuidado de que se le rompa el corazón y también su bolsillo. Muy poco profesional e irresponsable !!

Este lugar es tan agradable como su nombre. El personal es agradable, atento y profesional.
