I wanted to share my thoughts on H.Studio, Haziza Brand. Their products are of good quality and the website is easy to use. However, I had some issues with the customer service. They were not very responsive and I had to wait a long time for a resolution. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Las piezas son hermosas, pero tenga en cuenta que, al menos para las sillas, no parecen estar hechas para un uso regular. Pagamos $$$$ por dos sillas de comedor, que fueron utilizadas en nuestra cocina diariamente por dos adultos y dos niños, no abusados, adultos que pesaban 140 y 190 libras. Niños de 30 y 60 libras. Después de solo un año, la silla se hizo añicos (la espalda se cayó mientras estaba sentada almorzando). Se contactó con el propietario, quien se negó a reemplazarlo, citando que había pasado demasiado tiempo desde la compra, y en su lugar ofreció un reemplazo con un descuento del 30%. Teniendo en cuenta que casi cualquier silla será mucho más barata y presumiblemente más duradera que estas, me negué.
