¡Muebles sólidos y de alta calidad! ¡Se los recomiendo a todos!

Habíamos comprado un juego de cocina que tuvo que ser tratado que nunca se hizo ... los respaldos de las sillas empezaron a crujir y retroceder lo que da golpes en la espalda ... nos dijeron que era un problema con cierto modelo ... tienen (reparar) 2 sillas los demás todos hicieron lo mismo esperado. a pesar de las promesas hechas la empresa persiste en no hacer nada ... servicio postventa completamente cero .. sillas de muy mala calidad .. además habíamos recibido 2 sillas de capitán diferentes y tampoco hicimos nada .. te recomiendo que evites los muebles BERMEX

No recomiendo los productos Bermex. Compré muchas piezas de comedor Bermex en los últimos 2 años y gasté más de $ 15,000 en ellas. Por la cantidad de dinero gastada, compramos cosas de mejor calidad en Ikea. Cada pieza que compré tenía que ser reparada o retocada. 1- $ 5000 La mesa de comedor tenía chips y faltaban manchas, fue reparada. 2- $ 5000.00 por 12 sillas de comedor, tuvieron que ser limpiadas porque había manchas en el material y faltaban manchas en algunas de las patas. 3- Buffet $ 3000, la tapa estaba mal terminada y tenía golpes, tuvieron que reemplazar la tapa. Sin mencionar todo el tiempo y la incomodidad de reparar cada pieza de una en una. La última pieza que compramos fue la conejera a juego con el resto de los muebles (gran error, deberíamos haber aprendido). 4- $ 2500 por la conejera, el vidrio tenía rayones, había un chip en el cajón delantero y la unidad está torcida. Los cajones no están alineados, la puerta no se cierra correctamente y parece que yo mismo construí esto en mi garaje. Volví a contactar con la tienda durante 6 meses, un técnico vino tres veces, ¡sin mencionar que esperamos 3 meses para recibir la conejera! La tienda se negó a retirarlo, así que me comuniqué con Bermex dos veces, pero nunca recibí una respuesta de ellos.
