El lugar en sí es agradable pero incómodo para entrar ya que hay 20 personas detrás de cada pantalla y no ofrecen su ayuda.
Me parece indignante que cuando alguien te llama y te pide que hables en inglés, dices "No, no hablo inglés" y cuelgas el teléfono. Esta no es una forma de hablar con un cliente potencial, y ahora entiendo por qué sus clientes y otra empresa recomiendan Lumaprint en lugar de usted.
Si insiste en tener clientes, sea un mínimo cortés y sea competente.
He tenido 2 episodios incómodos con GTE que desalienten a cualquiera que solicite que se imprima aquí.
La primera vez que me hubiera gustado hacer una letra pequeña que probablemente no tomaría mucho tiempo, todos los archivos estaban listos, pero después de hacer una pregunta, ya no recibí respuestas. No tengo idea hasta la fecha de por qué. Después de algunos correos electrónicos de seguimiento, me di por vencido.
La segunda vez, la elección del centro de impresión no fue mía y GTE asumió la tarea de imprimir un proyecto escolar para nosotros. Desafortunadamente, la impresión no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas, pagamos aprox. 5 copias de nuestro proyecto que fueron aprox. 50 páginas, pero la primera vez que las abrimos se le subió el pegamento en la parte de atrás. Esto sucedió en todas las copias y algunas páginas se soltaron. No tuvimos tiempo de imprimir nuevo debido a la fecha límite, así que solo tuvimos que entregar lo que nos habían dado. Por supuesto, contactamos a GTE con nuestra insatisfacción, pero en gran parte nos dijeron que "obtienes lo que pagas". Entonces, en GTE, está bien vender algo que sabe que no funciona.
