Me mudé a los apartamentos de Gill Groups el 15 de junio de 2019. Nuestro administrador de la propiedad nos dijo que los problemas materiales con el apartamento se resolverían la semana en que nos mudamos. Entre ellos se incluyen: pintura de acabado, reemplazo de asientos de inodoro rotos, reparación tres puertas de armario que estaban fuera de las bisagras y manchas de champú en la alfombra. También informé un problema de cucarachas PESADAS al administrador de la propiedad, y basura sentado afuera de la unidad vecina que atraía insectos. Ninguno de los cuales fue atendido. El 3 de julio de 2019 informé una fuga de agua en mi apartamento que estaba saturando completamente el piso. Hay moho / manchas en todos los zócalos y está causando que el piso tenga un olor muy penetrante. Les tomó 6 días salir a "arreglarlo", en el que dijeron que estaba bajo en freón. También notaron que el tubo exterior de mi aire acondicionado no estaba aislado y, en lugar de arreglarlo, dijeron "esto es complicado" y lo dejaron sin aislar. En repetidas ocasiones detuve a los encargados de mantenimiento fuera de mi unidad y les pedí que miraran la fuga proveniente del interior de la unidad. La fuga nunca se detuvo, así que lo informé nuevamente el 13/08/2019, en el cual les tomó 9 días adicionales para salir a mi unidad. Nuevamente el 24/08/2019, los encargados de mantenimiento estaban trabajando en el apartamento contiguo al mío. Aparentemente, estaban drenando el calentador de agua y corrieron una manguera que conducía al exterior a la tubería de drenaje. En lugar de drenar afuera, se drenó en mi unidad. Llamé esa mañana y me dejaron sentarme todo el fin de semana con un desbordamiento de agua derramándose sobre mi alfombra. No se ha reparado nada de forma permanente y la fuga es ininterrumpida. Tengo un niño de 3 años que se resbaló y se cayó después de caminar por esta agua. Esto es completamente absurdo, y el administrador de la propiedad y sus "soluciones" son más que poco profesionales. Quiero vivir en un entorno seguro donde no me preocupe resbalar o que mi hijo se lastime debido a una fuga. NUNCA recomendaría Gill a cualquiera que busque alquileres.
