Este lugar es realmente repugnante. Alquilé aquí en la universidad y mi experiencia fue tan inaceptable que no he hablado de los planes de demandar o contactar a la empresa una vez que mis sentimientos se hayan calmado. Han pasado años y todavía estoy indignado.
Tuve una disputa con compañeros de habitación que se intensificó y todos queríamos salir. Finalmente, dos compañeros de cuarto decidieron subarrendar, lo cual estaba en contra del contrato de arrendamiento, pero yo estaba a favor siempre que pudiera conocer a la gente antes de tiempo. Lo que realmente pasó fue ilegal y abusivo. Un día llego a casa y hay dos desconocidos en la casa. Al parecer, firmaron un nuevo contrato de arrendamiento, con mi nombre en él, que ahora eran los compañeros de cuarto. Ahora, estas nuevas personas eran buenas personas, pero no estaba bien que les dieran una llave sin que yo me notificara. Terminé descubriendo que la gerente Melissa, hizo el contrato a propósito y no me dijo en caso de que dijera que no. Cuando me quejé en la oficina, se rieron de mí y dijeron "¿qué contrato?". Mantienen la posición de que pueden colocar nuevos compañeros de habitación contra el consentimiento o la notificación de alguien que ha firmado un contrato de arrendamiento. Mantuvieron a las nuevas chicas allí, aunque me negué a firmar el nuevo contrato de arrendamiento ilegal. Espero sinceramente tener la oportunidad de demandarlos algún día por sus acciones. Esta es una actividad repugnante de los barrios marginales.
