No me impresionaron los servicios que recibí de esta firma. Me comuniqué con Jim Debellis el año pasado como un nuevo cliente que recientemente había abierto una pequeña empresa y, por lo tanto, estaba fuera de mi elemento, lo cual tuve muy claro en mi primera y ÚNICA reunión con un nuevo contador. Traje toda mi documentación y un contable externo me preparó mi propio estado de pérdidas y ganancias. Bueno, tuve que hacer un seguimiento dos veces inicialmente para asegurarme de que mi declaración fuera enviada; Envié toda la información para mi devolución a principios de enero y no fue hasta marzo cuando volví a extender la mano y descubrí que nunca se había archivado debido a que "se había perdido debajo de otros papeles en su escritorio". Luego, para mi pago de impuestos trimestral, nunca más me contactaron, incurriendo en cargos por mora. Esto sucedió una vez más antes de que decidiera buscar en otra parte y que no me trataran como una prioridad en esta firma. Entonces le dije a Jim que no me había impresionado el manejo de mi cuenta desde que había sido un cliente allí y que no me sentía seguro de que los servicios se estuvieran realizando correctamente o a tiempo. Mi última comunicación con Jim fue en septiembre, después de lo cual le dije que ya no necesitaría sus servicios y que por favor me contactara con cualquier otra cosa. El 19 de diciembre recibí una factura por los servicios prestados hace un AÑO por el DOBLE de lo que le pagué a mi nuevo contador para que me presentara, y tuve más comunicación en las primeras 24 horas de conocer a este nuevo contador que en los 6 meses de trabajar con Flaherty. y Salmin. Muy decepcionado por la profesionalidad y el manejo de mis cuentas; También siento que cualquier cargo por pago atrasado que se emita para mi devolución este año debería deducirse por completo de mi factura. Se emitió una solicitud, por correo electrónico, después de la primera presentación tardía, aunque nunca se hizo nada más para rectificar todos los demás errores que se cometieron. Glaseado en el pastel? Mi nuevo contador ha encontrado varios problemas con la presentación que se hizo en esta firma, indicando que hay múltiples "errores administrativos" que tuvo que rectificar antes de enviar mi declaración este año. NO RECOMIENDO.
