Compré una sierra para podar rompí la hoja imposible encontrarla en la tienda la compró para intentar encargarla al servicio postventa después de unos días de espera imposible tenerla la vende no individualmente al precio que Me costó verlo es una pena

Imposible tener una persona al teléfono ... aunque solo sea una secretaria que no tiene solución. Compra de un cortacésped Fiskars, el producto está defectuoso, de hecho me comunico con el soporte técnico a través de un correo electrónico, pasan varias semanas, me comunico con Fiskars Francia por teléfono y me informan que la persona está fuera del trabajo, que 'no se reemplaza y yo hay que tener paciencia.
Por lo tanto, pregunto cómo hacer valer mi garantía (lógicamente, los productos Fiskars tienen una garantía de dos años) porque no se puede acceder al sitio del vendedor de Internet. Y la gran sorpresa no me ofrece ninguna solución, si me ofrecen probar suerte en otro concesionario como Leroy Merlin.
Nunca he visto una marca que pretenda ser de calidad y rigor profesional, estar tan ausente para solucionar un problema.
Si compra Fiskars, sepa que no hay nadie para asegurar sus derechos de garantía.

Esta empresa hace retiros de mi cuenta bancaria, semana tras semana, de varios importes, mientras que nunca he tenido contacto con ella ,,,?!?

cero servicio postventa, lamentable !! los chinos lo están haciendo mucho mejor !!
