Servicio horrible. Decidimos inscribir a mi hija en Figures Table View. Después de unos meses decidió no participar más debido a muchas lecciones que se saltaron y debido al consumo de tiempo ya que estaba en matricial en ese momento (septiembre a noviembre) y solicitó la cancelación del contrato. Nunca habíamos recibido una copia del contrato que firmamos. Habíamos llamado, enviado mensajes y correos electrónicos en vano. Necesitábamos que el contrato se cancelara para que pudieran detener la orden de débito, que continuaron deduciendo dinero de mi cuenta a pesar de que mi hija ya no participaba en las clases. Inicialmente nos dijeron que había 30 días de anticipación para la cancelación del contrato y prometieron enviar el contrato después de nuestro primer pago, pero nunca lo recibieron. Nadie respondió a nuestras quejas hasta mucho más tarde, solo recibió el contrato meses después de notificar la salida de Figures. Definitivamente un plan para hacer dinero. Todavía nos están deduciendo dinero mientras hablamos a pesar de la solicitud de cancelación. Mi hija había decidido en el último momento retirarse del próximo evento antes de dejar las clases. Solo para descubrir después de mirar las fotos que se publicaron, todas las chicas de su clase (que eran todas negras, de color y ella era la única india) no tenían fotos de ellas en las redes sociales de la empresa y tampoco habían ganado ninguna recompensa. Definitivamente se había demostrado un racismo sutil ya que su clase solo tenía chicas de color y era la última clase del día. Es muy triste ver que esto sucede cuando se pretende que sea un lugar de oportunidades para las jóvenes, no un lugar para robarles.
