El uso de la máquina Lagree Fitness Megaformer lleva los entrenamientos a un nivel completamente nuevo, centrándose en músculos que ni siquiera sabía que existían. La energía en el estudio es contagiosa, con música motivadora y una comunidad que lo apoya. Los instructores son de primera categoría y te presionan constantemente para que logres lo mejor que puedas.
