Tuvimos tres trabajadores de Families First durante nuestra experiencia de casi 3 años con ellos. Solo el segundo trabajador realmente se preocupó por trabajar para la reunificación de nuestra familia. Los otros dos simplemente harían lo que el DHS quisiera y el DHS nunca trabajó para la reunificación. El primer y tercer trabajadores fueron muy groseros y condescendientes con nosotros. Creo que los legisladores deberían observar de cerca antes de renovar cualquier contrato con Families First.

He trabajado como asistente administrativa para Families First durante un poco más de 7 años. Un empleado vino a casa con un trabajador del DHS para confrontarme por cosas que nunca dije y de las que no tenían pruebas. Sin embargo, solo, cuando les pregunté sobre el período de la visita semanal y mensual a nuestra casa, fueron groseros y no ayudaron en absoluto. Me amenazaron con llevarme a la corte en lugar de responder a mis preguntas. Mi familia no está siendo investigada, pero me han tratado como a un criminal. Nunca he sido grosero con ellos. Todos hemos cooperado rápidamente con ellos. No sabía que estaba mal ejercer mis derechos al hacer preguntas sobre inquietudes.
