En diciembre de 2017 compré unas gafas con lentes essilor por $ 6000.00 y no las pude usar porque me sentía mal, volví a la tienda a quejarme varias veces durante el año 2018 hasta que decidieron llamar a un representante del fabricante que envió mis gafas para De fábrica esperé unos 20 días, cuando recibí las gafas nuevas que no podía usar, así que comencé a usar las gafas viejas. Qdo decidió devolver la tienda donde la compró ... cerrada. Conclusión: no usé las gafas y hoy compré otra, gasté más dinero, que no es poco, porque tengo una titulación muy alta. Llamé al servicio de atención al cliente, pero solo obtuve un NO por respuesta ... no compre esta lente
