esta empresa es horrible. Su servicio al cliente es uno de los peores que he experimentado. Debido a que tienen el monopolio de su servicio, actúan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor y cada vez que llamas con un problema, te cobran una cantidad enorme por su ayuda. Pagamos por su contrato de servicio anual, pero eso aún no nos impide recibir cargos adicionales. Corre, no abandones el uso de Aloha en Seattle. Estamos cambiando a dinerware y estamos ansiosos por instalarlo y deshacernos de Aloha y su propietario.
