Han estado vendiendo a proveedores chinos de "Certificados de cumplimiento" de EPI que, a su vez, han estado vendiendo a los compradores de EPI en Europa / EE. UU. Cada "certificado" de EPI parece ser de ECM y ECM no está en la base de datos NANDO como organismo notificado para el marcado CE de EPI.
