Abierto solo los domingos y durante eventos, como la fiesta de la uva Caluso, está ubicado en el sótano del edificio Valperga. Las salas de degustación se alternan con bodegas con botellas representativas divididas en 4 zonas vitícolas tratadas: Canavese, Pinerolese, Chieri y Val di Susa.

Excelente oferta de los vinos típicos de la zona, entre los que destaca el Calbal erbaluce y el más famoso Passito di Caluso. Las habitaciones ubicadas en la histórica bodega del Palazzo Valperga crean un ambiente especial para degustaciones.
