Soy técnico y llevo más de 7 años usando Edilclima, y ​​quiero señalar la absoluta injusticia de la empresa hacia mí. Dado que en la última semana compré 3 módulos EC700 adicionales a precio de lista para usuarios de edilclima, necesitando comprar un módulo adicional que cuesta 270 sin IVA, llamé a la asistencia comercial preguntando si había un descuento en las relaciones en curso que han existido durante años, un descuento que me fue aprobado de inmediato en más del 10%, en este punto pedí información de por qué no se había aplicado este descuento a mis compras realizadas el día anterior, y de manera casi despectiva me respondieron "debería haber llamado primero".
Lo siento pero considero esta total falta de profesionalismo y esta actitud ofensiva hacia un cliente que lleva años usando sus productos absolutamente intolerable e inaceptable, y sobre todo un medio absolutamente incorrecto de evitar que el cliente acceda a un tipo de descuentos excluidos justamente. el hecho de no solicitar expresamente en cada ocasión una disminución en el precio de compra de su producto.
Espero que esta política de absoluta no transparencia e injusticia pueda algún día cambiar al evitar reconocer diferentes tratamientos en función del tipo de profesional con el que se está tratando.
