I recently purchased tickets on December 25th to the Daytona 500 for February 15th through February 18th. I purchased them from Ticketsonsale.com which purchased them from Nofeeseats.com. I was able to use the tickets for the 2/15 and 2/16 races. If anyone followed the race this year, the Saturday Xfinity and Sunday Cup races were rained out. They changed the date to Monday afternoon. We were not able to stay past Monday morning so we could not see the race. NASCAR has a policy of transferring unused tickets due to weather delays to another track. I attempted to do that but you need the original credentials for the purchased tickets. I investigated and asked for these credentials from Ticketsonsale.com and Nofeeseats.com. I got a huge runaround and then eventually was told there was nothing they would do for me. NASCAR recommends purchasing these tickets directly from a NASCAR track website. This was a 2-seat, 4-day pass for the weekend. It wasn't cheap. Since I used the tickets for the first two days, all I wanted to do was transfer the Xfinity and Cup tickets to another track. I was not asking for anything more than what I paid heavily for. So that being said, I would never use either one of these websites again for ANY event due to the way they treated me and handled my situation. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Just wanted to pass this information on to those who might be put in this same situation in the future.
