Vi este ortopédico hace unos 4 meses con respecto a un terrible dolor de rodilla. Tomó radiografías y me dijo que no pasaba nada y se centró tremendamente en que yo tuviera sobrepeso y tratara de someterme a una cirugía de revisión de bypass gástrico. Le dije que algo andaba mal pero se negó a escuchar. Fui a un médico de manejo del dolor que ordenó una resonancia magnética y descubrí que tenía un menisco desgarrado entre otras lesiones en la rodilla. Luego busqué una segunda opinión ortopédica de un médico afiliado a NYU Langone en Nueva York y me dijeron que necesitaba al menos un reemplazo parcial de rodilla. Siento que perdí el tiempo con el Dr. Bernstein, su esposa es amigable pero habla demasiado. Muy insatisfecho y no volveré.

Hace varios meses llevé a mi hijo de 18 años a ver al Dr. Bernstein y la semana pasada llevé a mi padre de 86 años. Este es un médico excelente, un oyente atento, muy minucioso y paciente, y me siento muy confiado en sus consejos. Excelente personal también. El único aspecto negativo es el tiempo de espera; esperamos alrededor de una hora para que nos vieran. Sin embargo, una vez que salimos de la sala de espera, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena.
