El fisioterapeuta (iniciales JC) fue genial. Fue muy paciente con mi madre y respondió a todas sus preguntas. Explicó la importancia de hacer la terapia y elogió el arduo trabajo. Gracias por trabajar con mi madre.

Después de la consulta inicial donde un administrador prometió cuidar a mi madre, quien tiene Parkinson y Demencia (soy su cuidadora), la enfermera (Amanda Ross), PT y OT nunca llamaron ni se presentaron, aunque me prometieron que vendrían. aquí hoy para empezar a cuidar. Y aunque he realizado numerosas llamadas a mi trabajadora social de VNA, todavía no me ha devuelto la llamada. Esta es una situación de vida o muerte, ¡y realmente no les importa!

Hasta ahora horrible ... un miembro de la familia se rompió la cadera y necesita terapia y la persona del pt ni siquiera está en casa 10 minutos de fraude a Medicare en lo que a mí respecta ... Horrible
