¡Tengo a mi madre en Cypress Point y estoy muy decepcionada con su cuidado! Ella usa una cómoda junto a la cama que se cambia tal vez cada dos días (muy insalubre), la cama no se cambia con regularidad. ¡Estoy muy decepcionado con esta instalación!

¡Su negligencia mató a mi abuelo! NUNCA ENVÍE A SUS AMADOS ALLÍ A MENOS QUE ESPERE ENTERRARLOS DESPUÉS DE UN BREIF, PERMANEZCA DENTRO DE SUS INSTALACIONES. MI ABUELO ESTABA EN UN TUBO DE ALIMENTACIÓN Y DESPUÉS DE TENER FIEBRE ELEVADA, FUE ENVIADO A LA URGENCIA. En ese momento, el médico procedió a decir que estaba extremadamente desnutrido y severamente deshidratado. ¿CÓMO PUEDE SER ESO CUANDO ESTABA EN UN TUBO DE ALIMENTACIÓN? BÁSICAMENTE HAS MUERTO DE HAMBRE A ESE POBRE HOMBRE! AHORA SE HA IDO Y YO CULPIO AL PERSONAL NEGLIGENTE EN EL CENTRO DE ENFERMERÍA DE CYPRESS POINTE 100%.
