Tengo muchas ganas de tener un concesionario de motocicletas local y puedo apoyarlo y respetarlo. Quizás algún día Mcdonough lo haga. Solo llamé al concesionario para hacer una pregunta simple, tres veces el departamento de repuestos no contestó el teléfono y me envió de regreso a Amanda. Lo bueno es que Amanda contesta el teléfono. Nadie más lo hace. Hace dos años tenía dinero en efectivo para comprar una Honda CR 250 L y fui a este concesionario dos veces para comprar una, y en ambas ocasiones esperé para ver si alguien vendría y me preguntaría si necesitaba ayuda. En ambas ocasiones ni una sola persona me preguntó si necesitaba algo. Así que gasté 6000 dólares en un Honda nuevo en otro concesionario.

Primera llamada, obtuve respuesta y supuestamente se dirigió al servicio. Después de 5 minutos en espera, el teléfono empezó a sonar, así que esperaba una llamada. No, literalmente sonó durante 1 minuto y luego simplemente colgaron. Llamado de vuelta, no responden en absoluto. Tengo 5 bicicletas y este lugar poco profesional NUNCA conseguirá mi negocio. Iré a Conyers.

Vi un video de YouTube sobre lo malo que era el servicio aquí y lo horribles que son los gerentes. Ni siquiera vivo en Georgia, pero solo quiero decirle a la gente que quiera comprar una motocicleta aquí que no lo haga. Le prometo que los gerentes, el equipo de ventas y los mecánicos lo arruinarán.
