Todo lo que tengo que decir acerca de este lugar es que la administración es DESHONESTA Y NO PROFESIONAL y no se preocupan por los niños a los que atienden. SI no me cree, entonces simplemente trate con ellos y lo verá. ¡¡¡¡Créame!!!! SMH

Este lugar no debería estar en actividad. Han logrado que ocurran muchas muertes inexplicables con niños a su cuidado. Tienen muchas personas que trabajan para ellos que son su familia y todos sabemos que los negocios nunca deben mezclarse con lo personal. Rellenan sus libros. No otorgan licencias completas a sus padres adoptivos. Permiten a los niños ganar dinero. Este no es un lugar que deba seguir funcionando bajo el estado de Georgia.

Me entrevistaron y me contrataron para un puesto dentro de CCS como especialista en SOAR. Después de completar el proceso de investigación de antecedentes (que me hizo conducir una hora de distancia, solo para descubrir que el lugar al que me referían ya no existía y tener que conducir otra hora hasta el otro lugar que se me proporcionó), se me notificó que comenzaría el lunes siguiente. Ese viernes anterior, recibí una llamada telefónica que indicaba que se había producido un congelamiento inmediato de la contratación. Aparte de un perdón y buena suerte, no me dieron más explicaciones. El lunes (hoy) que estaba programado para comenzar mi primer día, entré esperando recibir más información. Llegué a la hora programada originalmente y me senté en el vestíbulo durante aproximadamente 30 minutos, durante los cuales una de las personas con las que fui entrevistado entró y me habló y me dijo que no recibió ninguna llamada sobre una congelación de contratación a pesar de que nos entrevistaron el mismo día y a ambos se les ofreció el trabajo. Charon Matthews de RR.HH. finalmente salió y simplemente reiteró que había una congelación de contrataciones y se olvidó de ofrecer más información. Señalé cómo la otra persona que también fue entrevistada conmigo llegó al trabajo ese día; Charon procedió a decirme que se le permitió continuar trabajando porque había terminado de entregar su información de admisión antes de la congelación de la contratación. Le pedí que me explicaran por escrito sobre la congelación de la contratación, en la que Charon dijo que lo enviaría en breve, ya que estaba doblando la nota adhesiva que le proporcioné con mi dirección de correo electrónico. Dije que me sentiría cómodo permaneciendo en el lobby hasta que se completara dicha documentación y que estaba leyendo qué otros servicios ofrecía la organización. ¡Fue en ese momento que Caronte procedió a decirme que me fuera AHORA! y que si no lo hacía, me sacarían del local. Fue en ese momento que le dije a Charon que estaba grabando la interacción (con fines legales) y ella inmediatamente cambió de tono conmigo. Luego procedió a decirme que estaba muy ocupada y que completaría la documentación solicitada en su tiempo y continuó diciéndome que me fuera. Le dije que no estaba infringiendo la ley ni ninguna regla al leer los folletos proporcionados en el vestíbulo sobre otros servicios. Le dije que podía salir si eso la hacía sentir más cómoda. Continuó diciéndome que me fuera, y luego le dije que podía llamar a la policía si creía que era necesario a pesar de que yo era muy educado y discreto. Luego miró a la recepcionista y le dijo que si él le da algún problema, avíseme y regresó a la oficina, presumo. La recepcionista y yo expresamos nuestra preocupación por el comportamiento de Charon Matthews y cuestionamos las políticas comerciales de CCS antes de irme (estuvimos hablando los 30 minutos que estuve esperando antes de que saliera Charon Matthews).

CCS me ha hecho gastar tiempo y dinero innecesarios en gasolina que, sinceramente, no tengo, por eso estaba buscando empleo activamente. Me sentí humillado cuando tuve que expresarle a mi familia y otro trabajo que me ofrecía un puesto en el que decliné porque ya me dijeron que me contrataron en CCS, que ya no estaba. En base a estas experiencias mías y de otras personas con las que hablé que están familiarizadas con CCS, NO recomendaría a nadie que busque empleo en esta empresa. Podría ser una bendición disfrazada porque veo en las reseñas que tienen un problema con la muerte de los clientes.
