I have been a customer of Crater Community Hospice for several years now, and I must say that their services are truly exceptional. Esta no fue la experiencia que pensé que era. Todo el cuidado fue totalmente puesto en mí y necesito más ayuda con la atención médica de mis seres queridos. También tuve que proporcionar la mayoría de los suministros, como sábanas, almohadas, mantas, almohadillas para la cama mucho más grandes que las que hay, compraron pañales pero eran demasiado pequeños, tenía algunos que había comprado en caso de que los necesitara. Era TERMINAL, pero no a las puertas de la muerte cuando llegó a casa. Lo enviaron a casa y le recetaron 2 antibióticos y no se los dieron y cuando le pregunté por ellos y que estaba tan drogado todo el tiempo, ¿cómo se suponía que iba a ponerlo en él? . Estaba siendo tratado por sepsis. Le puse una dosis y no pude después de que estuvo bajo el cuidado de un hospicio. Falleció en un plazo de 24 horas después de ser enviado a casa para recibir atención de hospicio de START. No me informaron de la forma en que su cuidado estaría sobre mí. Podría haberlo hecho bien sin este lugar. Había escuchado lo útil y tremendamente útil que es el hospicio. Éste fue altamente recomendado por el administrador de casos de su hospital. WAYNE fue drogado todo para morir. Ah, y sus heridas no estaban curadas y se bañó como me dijeron que lo estaría. Compruebe estos lugares por sí mismo DETENIDAMENTE antes de confiarle a su ser querido este lugar.

No puedo cantar sus alabanzas lo suficientemente alto o agradecerles lo suficiente. Todos los asociados con Crater Community Hospice que mi esposo y yo conocimos y con los que trabajamos han sido verdaderas y absolutas bendiciones. Todos son un consuelo y tienen tanto conocimiento y compasión que comparten de buena gana. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre ellos. Su apoyo y cuidado han marcado una gran diferencia para mí y mi familia.
