De principio a fin, el enfoque profesional y amistoso de Paula ha hecho que un acontecimiento potencialmente estresante sea extremadamente sencillo. Realmente no entiendo las malas críticas que recibió Conti Mortgages Overseas. Encontré esta empresa extremadamente amigable y profesional. Dawn ha sido un gran profesional. Todo lo que tenía que hacer es lo que me pidieron que les diera, eso es todo. ¡Me proporcionaron una gran hipoteca e hicieron realidad mis sueños! ¡Muchas gracias chicos!

Tuve que calificarlos con 1 ya que no podía darles una calificación negativa. Esta empresa y Dawn the broker fueron una completa broma de principio a fin. Mala comunicación. También tomó más de 8 semanas enviar una solicitud; no hubo colaboración para trabajar para lograr una hipoteca y en cada oportunidad, Dawn fue negativo y obstructivo.

No hace falta decir que utilicé un corredor español diferente para mi hipoteca ya que perdí la fe en Dawn y conti y es un buen trabajo que hice ya que la hipoteca con Dawn fue rechazada y ella no solicitó ofrecer más consejos o asistencia y no hubo claridad. explicaciones de por qué no se ofreció la hipoteca.

Afortunadamente para mí, fui con un corredor adecuado que me aconsejó adecuadamente y me consiguió una hipoteca decente sin todo el estrés.

Evitaría las hipotecas conti a toda costa. No vale la pena ni el dinero ni el dolor de cabeza.

¡Calificado como muy pobre! No tenían clara la información requerida para una solicitud y cuando decidí retirarme (antes de que se hiciera la solicitud) todavía me cobraron la tarifa de procesamiento de la solicitud, ¡aunque no se había procesado nada! Se niegan a reembolsar, ¡así que ten cuidado!
