Destaco que, también en este caso como se informa en el reglamento, el promotor es responsable de la correcta comunicación del IBAN a las oficinas regionales, pero entonces es la Región la que debe autorizar el pago, que a su vez será desembolsado por el INPS. dentro del tiempo indicado. Por mi experiencia, diría, por tanto, que Consaf está gestionando la pasantía correctamente; cualquier retraso en los pagos, que yo personalmente no he detectado, es en cualquier caso imputable a la Región o al INPS, y ciertamente no al promotor de quien no pasa el dinero en absoluto.
