Esta empresa está mal gestionada. Durante los últimos 6 años. Repetidamente nos quedamos sin propano en medio del invierno cuando las temperaturas estaban en la adolescencia o más bajas. Solo después de contactarlos con la amenaza de demandar por los daños y perjuicios en los que pudiera incurrir, respondieron. Y recientemente cometimos un error y no pagamos la cantidad correcta en una cuenta en enero. La empresa envió facturas posteriores notificándonos que nos pagaron en su totalidad. Hasta 3 meses después de nuestra notificación del último día de servicio debido a la venta de nuestra casa, y 2 meses después de que nuestra última factura fuera recibida en nuestra nueva dirección. Lo cual, también se pagó en su totalidad sobre la base de la única factura en el sobre. Luego, recibimos una notificación de morosidad en el pago de la factura de enero, no de la compañía, ¡sino de una agencia de cobranza! Con mucho gusto hubiéramos pagado los 90,00 diferentes si simplemente nos hubieran informado. No hubo necesidad de enviarnos a la recolección. Y ser enviado a colecciones porque no mantuvieron registros adecuados es inaceptable.
