Overall, I appreciate their efforts but hope they can do better.

El alcalde llamó al cierre antes que el gobernador y salvó vidas. En particular, salvó vidas negras como mi madre, nacida en esta ciudad durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Estoy a miles de millas de mi lugar de nacimiento en otro país donde se llamó un cierre, un poco demasiado tarde, pero al menos es un cierre, y está salvando vidas como lo hizo la alcaldesa Krewson cuando cerró la ciudad a todos menos a los trabajadores esenciales. Solo puedo imaginar cómo serían los hospitales en St. Louis si ella no hubiera hecho lo que hizo semanas antes de que actuara el gobernador. San Luis lo acertó en 1918 y la ciudad lo hizo de nuevo cien años después.

Esta ciudad todavía está cayendo en espiral hasta el punto de que está casi fuera de control. La alcaldesa hizo campaña con la promesa de luchar contra el crimen como su tema número uno. Ha empeorado tanto que ni siquiera voy al centro para un juego de pelota de forma regular.

St. Louis NO es un estado moribundo. Tenemos funcionarios / alcaldes recién nombrados en los que confío exclusivamente que harán todo lo posible para que el estado vuelva a ser como solía ser.

Esta oficina y el alcalde han demostrado constantemente una falta de preocupación por los ciudadanos de esta comunidad. Como miembro de esta comunidad durante más de 55 años, esperaba experimentar una oficina respetuosa con gestos profesionales, tal vez un poco de amabilidad y más durante mis tratos comerciales con esta oficina. Desafortunadamente, el deseo de experimentar algo remotamente parecido al respeto es una ilusión. Esta es otra decepción del medio ambiente de Florissant, Missouri.

El alcalde más incompetente hasta ahora. ¡Acusando a la policía de intimidación! Mantenerse firme es parte de su trabajo, o su casa se habría incendiado, en lugar de solo algunos globos de pintura y una ventana rota. Qué vergüenza, Lyda Krewson. No vivo en la ciudad, afortunadamente. Pero como, veo béisbol y hockey, asisto a conciertos y visito los negocios de allí. Ya no. Cancelar conferencias y esconderse no va a funcionar. Sal de tu perezoso tonto y renuncia. Tu ciudad está en llamas y estás arrojando gasolina. Eres una vergüenza para toda la región.
