Hace dos días llegué a casa del campamento con ganas de darme una ducha, solo para encontrar que el servicio de agua de mi casa fallaba en la conexión a la principal en la calle. Mi hija ya se había puesto en contacto con obras públicas sin que yo lo supiera, y cuando me detuve frente a mi casa, un equipo de la ciudad tenía una retroexcavadora, un camión de basura y un martillo neumático en la escena con un agujero cavado en el medio de la calle lo suficientemente grande como para caber un coche pequeño.
