Pasé por CIS porque están asociados con Progressive Insurances, Homesite Insurance (brazo o socio de Progressive, no estoy seguro de su afiliación) y asumí que esta conexión haría que el proceso fuera fluido.

CIS envió un inspector a la casa equivocada y escribió en la apertura del correo electrónico "Parece que inspeccionamos la dirección incorrecta antes" sin una disculpa. Enviar a un inspector a la casa equivocada, junto con sus otros errores, hizo que trabajar con ellos y Homesite Insurance fuera ridículo e increíblemente frustrante. Tomó alrededor de un mes entre la apertura de nuestro reclamo con Homesite Insurance y el reemplazo de nuestro sistema. Homesite mencionó que solo tomaría un par de días.

Para ser justos con CIS, fue igual de frustrante trabajar con Homesite Insurance porque también cometieron algunos errores ridículos.

Pensé que mi reclamación de seguro de CA tardaría una semana, porque bien sabes ... es un seguro. Estos tipos tenían a alguien en mi casa el día después de que me llamaron por primera vez. Me repararon y atendieron mi aire acondicionado dentro de los 5 días posteriores a la presentación de mi reclamo =) Gracias CIS

Gran compañía para manejar reclamos de HVAC. Su estilo de comunicación es directo y al grano, con un ciclo de tiempo rápido.

Soy un contratista que fue contratado por esta empresa para hacer una inspección, tuvimos que ir a la propiedad varias veces debido a la mala comunicación entre el dueño de la propiedad y CIS. Esta empresa había acordado pagarnos una vez que entregáramos fotos y un montón de papeleo, pero no lo hicieron. Llamé a la empresa para hacer los pagos y me dijeron que no nos iban a pagar porque carecemos de información. Nunca supimos eso porque después de que les entregamos lo que habían pedido, nunca supe de ellos. Totalmente estafado. ¡Los contratistas de HVAC tengan cuidado con esta empresa fantasma!

Empresa de primer nivel !!! Manejaron mi reclamo de HVAC como los PRO que se preocupan. Sus representantes fueron corteses, respondieron todas mis preguntas e incluso pudieron manejar el reemplazo del sistema dañado. Mi sistema nunca ha funcionado mejor. ¡Gracias!
