Mi esposo y yo fuimos a recibir terapia matrimonial. La consejera fue amable, pero siguió programando citas a pesar de que las sesiones grupales prometidas nunca sucedieron. El consejero masculino nos cobró de más por las sesiones para las que pudimos demostrar que no estábamos allí y no cumplimos con el pago acordado. El consejero masculino me llamó para hablar sobre la posibilidad de sesiones grupales (no terapia con él), pero cobró mi seguro y facturó un copago a pesar de usar malas palabras y menospreciarme (sesión de 25 minutos, pero cobró por 60 minutos). Fue muy poco profesional y salí sintiéndome condescendiente debido a mi género. Ni la oficina financiera ni el terapeuta masculino reconocieron los cargos fraudulentos e inexactos; tomó 4 meses resolver y eliminar el sobrecargo de la cuenta. Investigue a sus consejeros; estamos informando nuestra experiencia a la junta estatal de licencias.
