En Chembar nos esforzamos por brindar un servicio al cliente superior con cada pedido, al mismo tiempo que distribuimos los mejores adhesivos y recubrimientos del mercado. Nuestra empresa ha estado comprando productos de Chembar durante más de 40 años y han estado enviando sus productos químicos de manera incorrecta según las pautas del DOT y NOSOTROS (el receptor) se nos cobró una tarifa por la negligencia de Chembar. Después de comunicarse con Chembar, se negaron a emitir un crédito por esta tarifa (tarifa de inspección y reclasificación de $ 25) y se negaron a ofrecer disculpas. Pésimo servicio al cliente y no volveremos a comprarles.
