Seis meses después de gastar cerca de $ 6000 en una cortina de bobina en cascada, comenzó a oxidarse. Nos decepcionó mucho que enviamos correos electrónicos y nunca obtuvimos una respuesta, nuestro contratista se comunicó con ellos y estaban dispuestos a revisar las cortinas, pero tendríamos que cubrir el costo de envío de ida y vuelta (que es muy caro) y no hubo garantías de que lo iban a arreglar. Incluso conseguimos que un trabajador del metal viniera a verlo y dijo que la pintura no estaba bien horneada. Solo buscan hacer dinero rápido y no usan productos de calidad ni corrigen sus errores ni cumplen su palabra. Hay mejores empresas que se preocupan por sus clientes y son más asequibles.

Después de buscar consejo para instalar un sistema de seguridad, Cascade Coil estuvo allí para ayudarme a hacer el trabajo. Aconsejaría a esta empresa sobre cualquier otra.

compró $ 20K en bobina de tela y le dijeron que ayudarían con la instalación. Ahora dicen que no saldrán por su carga de trabajo y mencionaron que nos cobrarían por este servicio. También requieren un depósito del 50% antes de adquirir cualquier producto. En el mundo comercial, este no es un protocolo comercial estándar. Sus precios / cotizaciones solo son válidos por 30 días y luego el precio aumenta si no mantiene el precio con un depósito del 50%, incluso si su proyecto tiene 6 meses. Muy mala gestión y atención al cliente.
