y Caremax está teniendo una especie de alegría enfermiza, ya que su personal no ordena los suministros. ¡El propietario no me habla! ¡El personal SE NIEGA a hablar conmigo más! ¡No pueden conseguir una cama o un Ligt o al lado de la cómoda en TRES MESES! ¡Puedo recibir el flete de CHINA en 21-24 días! ¡Deben usar un BARCO MÁS LENTO QUE YO!

Triste, cuando depende de un concentrador de oxígeno, que se ha utilizado durante 5 semanas en nuestra casa. Dos veces la máquina no funcionó, luces de servicio rojas y alarma continua sonando. Lee, del departamento de servicio, dijo que no pasa nada, n tenemos 4 horas de oxígeno en el tanque de viaje. BÁSICAMENTE nos cobrará por salir, nunca dijo cuánto. Pensé que la luz de servicio significaba una máquina de servicio, como la luz de advertencia de un automóvil, iba a suceder. ¡MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE! Planeo hacérselo saber a Medicare. Los cargos por SERVICIO hasta 5 semanas de uso parecen una empresa fraudulenta que planea recaudar dinero en cargos por servicio.

¡Mi experiencia con Caremax ha sido horrible! Los llamé para hacerles saber que mi madre se había deslizado de la silla debido a los cojines ... enviaron a alguien y él dijo que no lo había cerrado correctamente ... cuando volví a usar los cojines ... diapositivas !!! Esta vez estalló la úlcera por presión en su talón.

El elevador se cayó dos veces y aterrizó sobre su cabeza la primera vez ... la segunda vez intenté agarrarlo ... tropecé con él y caí y aterrizó en el cuello de mi madre. Los llamé y les hice saber y nunca volvieron a llamar ... hoy llamé y pedí hablar con los propietarios sobre lo que había sucedido ... repetidamente me dijeron que los propietarios no estaban y que pasarían el mensaje ... los propietarios llamarían si tuvieran un minuto.

Nunca hablé con los propietarios ... Creo que es ABSOLUTAMENTE HORRIBLE, ¡no les importaría lo suficiente como para devolverme la llamada!

Además ... cuando el tipo me estaba enseñando a usar el elevador hoyer ... tenía un resfriado y tuve que limpiar todo lo que tocó mientras estaba aquí.
