El trato no fue cálido, cortés ni amistoso. Sí, bastante caro y además cobran un kilometraje que no está de acuerdo con la ruta.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto. No explicaron, no tenían claro el contrato y el perjudicado fue mi viejo. "USTED PAGA POR EL SERVICIO PARA RECIBIR POR ANTICIPADO, SI NO LO RECIBE" FALSO. Inicialmente me pidieron tres días, me dijeron que era necesario pagar por adelantado, así que lo redujimos a dos días solo porque era todo el efectivo que teníamos en ese momento. Sin embargo, después del segundo día, la enfermera sigue viniendo y ahora quieren cobrarme retroactivamente por esos días adicionales que fue. Pero entonces, ¿no me estás diciendo que no puedo tomar ese tercer día porque no tengo el dinero pero sigues viniendo SIN INFORMARME y ahora quieres cobrarme retroactivamente? ¿Por qué no se hizo eso inicialmente cuando pedí el tercer día y no tenía el dinero? No tiene ningún sentido. La enfermera, según mi padre, era lunes y miércoles eran dos horas y se fue diciendo que iba a volver y nunca lo hizo. EL REPRESENTANTE FUE COMUNICADO, continuaron como grabadoras diciendo lo mismo sin sentido y terminaron diciéndome "bueno, ya has firmado el contrato, tienes que pagarlo". Ah y para colmo era lunes y miércoles y la persona (PQ NO SON ENFERMERAS, SON LLAVES Y QUIEREN COBRARTE COMO ENFERMERAS) aparece el MARTES y yo quería pagarle ese día también. Se aprovecharon de la salud de mi viejo para seguir estafándome. No tienen comunicación interna entre ellos y no saben qué está pasando con su empresa.

RECOMIENDO ARRIBA ESTA EMPRESA DE ESTAFADORES EL CUIDADO PERSONALIZADO DE GERONTOLOGIA CLINICA CSIS. MUCHO MEJOR SERVICIO, MUCHA MEJOR CALIDAD Y SON CLAROS CON LO QUE PASA Y NO SUCEDERÁ EN EL CONTRATO. AL MISMO TIEMPO HACEN MUCHO MEJOR CUIDADO DE LA PERSONA Y SI SON ENFERMERAS.
