Nos aprobaron para una propiedad, hicieron un informe de crédito de verificación de antecedentes, quiero decir, nos aprobaron para una propiedad. Incluso llegamos a enviarles por correo certificado un cheque de caja por el depósito. Luego, en el último minuto mientras nos movemos por el estado. Nos dijeron que el propietario ya no quiere alquilar. Dado que no fue aprobado para una casa y que también están cobrando nuestro cheque de caja. ¡Horrible! ¿Qué tipo de servicio es ese? No quieren hablarnos de nada de esta situación. Soy un profesional trabajador, también soy un individuo honesto. Toda esta situación debería haberse manejado de manera diferente. Al menos díganos la fecha en la que deberíamos haber enviado el cheque o algo honesto sobre la situación en cuestión con el propietario. Antes de poner una lista de propiedades como disponible para alquiler, aprobarnos, ejecutar nuestro crédito, lo que nos reduce en puntos y, lo más importante, ¡ROBAR nuestro dinero! Para una propiedad que no será tan anunciada como decía. Nunca he trabajado con una empresa más poco profesional, de mala calidad y que realmente se aproveche de sus clientes. Les hemos pedido que devuelvan nuestro cheque de caja; veremos qué hacen al respecto. Por lo que nos han dicho, lo cobrarán por una propiedad en la que NO viviremos. Mi opinión es que usted no trabaje con esta compañía y sea engañado y le roben el dinero de la manera en que lo hicimos nosotros.
