Perdí casi 2 meses de temporada. Además, el spa nunca funcionó completamente la temporada pasada y los jets de ambos lados tardaron hasta finales de agosto en funcionar. Como Gerente de la comunidad, (más de 10 años) han brindado servicios a la Comunidad que administré durante los últimos 2 años. (Piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre) El personal ha brindado servicios SUPERIORES Las piscinas han estado impecables, limpias, nunca hemos tenido violación del código y el personal calificado está aquí si surge una emergencia. Son muy proactivos con las piezas / bombas problemáticas, etc., debido a un sistema obsoleto.

Desde el gerente de cuentas hasta nuestro gerente de servicio y el personal de servicio al cliente, cada individuo brindó un servicio profesional, cortés y superior a la comunidad y la Asociación de propietarios.

Hemos utilizado los servicios de Candlewood Pool durante muchos años. Debido a Covid, les enviamos un depósito y decidimos no abrir nuestro grupo el año pasado debido a muchas restricciones. Se niegan a devolver nuestro depósito completo. La administración es horrible y recomiendo a cualquier persona que busque una empresa de piscinas para buscar en otro lugar,
