Mi otro médico me envió mis registros a los cirujanos oftalmológicos de California. Luego llamé a los cirujanos oftalmológicos de California por segunda vez para ver si revisaban mis registros. La recepcionista levantó el teléfono y dijo que me llamaría en 30 minutos. dejarme saber. Nadie me devolvió la llamada. Llamé a los cirujanos oftalmológicos de California por tercera vez. Tuve que explicarle todo, desde la mendicidad y recordarle todo desde cero. Luego dijo que teníamos que revisar los registros y devolverle la llamada. Esperé 2 días más sin escuchar nada de nuevo, así que los llamé nuevamente. La misma recepcionista respondió al teléfono, me puso en espera por un tiempo y ella regresó y dijo: "Lo siento, señor, el doctor revisó sus registros y dijo que ahora no está recibiendo pacientes adultos debido a Covid-19". Le estoy preguntando, pero usted sabía por mi autorización y desde mi primer día de llamada que soy un adulto, entonces, ¿por qué no me dijo el primer día que soy un adulto y que el doctor harrup no acepta ningún paciente adulto? La recepcionista responde que el médico tuvo que revisar sus registros primero. Me sorprendió y no pude encontrar ninguna conexión entre revisar mis registros y mi edad para que el doctor Harrup tomara la decisión de verme o no y no tenía ningún sentido para mí. Este es un acto de discriminación porque después de revisar mis registros me dicen que no vemos paciente adulto. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie, ya que son estafadores y tienen un problema de administración profundo.
