KPRS nos contrató para hacer las ventanas del trabajo del centro cívico 14 de Meta Housings en Oakland, California. Este trabajo es un proyecto de vivienda para personas de bajos ingresos y la vivienda meta está recibiendo muchos créditos fiscales por hacer el trabajo. Completamos nuestro trabajo en el proyecto el 21 de noviembre de 2017. Presentamos la facturación el 18 de diciembre de 2017 para el pago vencido y el pago se realizó en febrero de 2018. No escuchamos una palabra de KPRS de noviembre a febrero. Avancemos hasta febrero cuando contactamos a KPRS sobre el pago y, junto con la lista de otras excusas que nos dio KPRS, dijeron que no nos han pagado porque Meta Housing no les ha pagado (lo cual obviamente no está en nuestro contrato, que nuestro pago Supeditado al pago de Meta Housing) Eric Donnelly, empleado de KPRS, fue un paso más allá y nos informó que Meta Housing les ha "prestado" $ 500k para hacer flotar este proyecto. La propietaria, Michelle Coulter, ha estado en contacto con innumerables correos electrónicos y nunca ha respondido. Hay un puñado de embargos y juicios sobre este proyecto, decir que es un desastre es una declaración falsa. Meta Housing es una compañía de juegos muy sucia y, a menos que le guste perseguir su dinero y pagar materiales, mano de obra, embargos, documentos judiciales, abogados solo para que le paguen, ¡lo evitaría a toda costa!
