He tenido un sinfín de problemas de facturación, incluido el cobro de mis cheques pero no acreditados en mi cuenta, la facturación varias veces por visita con diferentes números de cuenta y, en última instancia, la derivación a una agencia de cobranza debido a dichos problemas. Cuando llame al departamento de facturación, le dirán que su número de cuenta no es de ellos y no pueden ayudarlo. Además, Meridian parece tener dificultades para mantener a los médicos y terapeutas, así que no se apegue demasiado: obtendrá a alguien nuevo cada 3 a 6 meses. Finalmente, les cuesta mucho enviar recetas y me quedé sin medicamentos un par de veces porque nadie estaba dispuesto / podía ayudar. Esta última vez he optado por no volver y he cancelado todas mis citas futuras.
